RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at romaanistores@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
- We allow for return of online purchases from www.romaani.in subject to return being sought within 2 days of receiving the same.
- Once the Product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated.
- Refund for the product purchased will only be processed subject to our acceptance of the returned garment.
- Refund can only be processed in the form of a store credit of 6 months validity.
- No returns or exchanges for Sale products.
- No customisation order during sale.
In case of damage :
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else ROMAANI will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. ROMAANI will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – locks, studs, screws, buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one month from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
ROMAANI acknowledges return/exchange of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
- Accessories, including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, etc.
- Custom made and Made to order products.
- Orders placed using store credit
- Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
- Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
- Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Romaani
- Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
